Job summary

Atro Nubli AG is seeking two field service representatives (m/f/d) for fastening technology in the Central Switzerland region. You will independently manage and expand the existing customer base, acquire new customers, and maintain long-term relationships.

On-site technical advisory support, training, and product presentations form part of the role. Ideal candidates have experience in construction or related industries and a strong interest in fastening technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of / interest in fastening technology (equipment, fasteners, compressors and accessories).
• Ideally, sales experience in the technical field.
• Independent, structured work style and strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills and social competence
• Enjoyment of personal contact with customers
• Team player
• Ideal age: 30 years and over

Responsibilities

• Independent management and expansion of the existing customer base
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of long-term business relationships
• Technical advice and on-site support for our customers
• Conducting training courses and product presentations
• Participation in trade fairs and industry events
• Collaboration with our specialist / product manager
