Qualifikationen

• Define the operational strategy for the project with the Mission Coordination Team.
• Oversee operational response to meet health and humanitarian needs.
• Represent MSF before local entities and ensure positive public image.
• Monitor political and humanitarian situations to identify health needs.
• Lead negotiations and assess risks for project targets.
• Supervise programme execution while adhering to MSF standards.
• Oversee recruitment and staff development for the project team.
• Implement safety and health protocols for staff well-being.
• Collect and analyze data for effective medical programmes.
• Evaluate programme performance and report to Head of Mission.
• Manage financial and material resources, including budget planning.
