Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of accounting and fiduciary services, including bookkeeping and preparation of annual financial statements.
• Experience with Swiss tax law and handling tax returns for private individuals and businesses.
• Ability to support audit and review activities, including analysis of financial data and preparation of audit documentation.
• Competence in using digital accounting tools and interest in further advancing process digitalization.
• Strong client-facing communication skills in German, with the ability to explain financial and tax topics clearly and professionally.
• Relevant education in fiduciary services, finance, or accounting (e.g., commercial training, fiduciary specialist, or equivalent); additional certifications are an advantage.
• Structured, reliable working style, discretion in handling confidential information, and a high level of integrity.
• Willingness to work on-site in Köniz and collaborate closely within a small, service-oriented team.
