For an exclusive private household, we are looking for a technically skilled, professional, and trustworthy Facilities Manager/Chauffeur in Pfäffikon, Schwyz.

What you'll do

• Daily chauffeur service for the children (school runs)


• Additional driving and errand trips


• Vehicle maintenance and care

Technical Responsibilities

• Good understanding of technical equipment and systems (heating, ventilation, pool, alarm systems, video surveillance, etc.)


• Organization, coordination, and supervision of external craftsmen for maintenance and repair work


• Close cooperation with external service providers


• Negotiation and supervision of service contracts


• Goal: Ensure smooth operation of all technical systems


• Independent execution of smaller repairs (subject to owner’s approval)

Garden

• Support the gardener with maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas and green spaces

Other Duties

• Organization and preparation of the property for events and celebrations

Who you are

• Several years of experience in a similar position


• Experience in exclusive private households with corresponding references


• Advantageous: Completed training as a building technician / facility manager


• Well-organized and tidy


• Responsible with a “hands‑on” mentality


• Strong service orientation and customer focus


• Always friendly, polite, and courteous in personal interactions


• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style


• Languages: Very good English skills (minimum B2 level)


• Spanish/Portuguese an advantage


• Holder of a valid driving license (category B)


• Absolute discretion, reliability, and loyalty required


• Impeccable reputation / clean criminal record
