Job summary

EY is growing its FAAS team in Switzerland and seeks a Manager to support US-FMG across Basel and Zurich. You will lead US GAAP and capital markets FAAS projects, mentor team members and collaborate with global experts to deliver client solutions.

You will drive client-focused results, manage complex engagements, and grow relations with new and existing clients in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Accounting/Finance; further professional education preferred (CPA/ACCA/CFA).
• 6–8 years in audit or consulting focusing on US GAAP and capital markets.
• Experience with IPOs, debt listings, carve-outs or GAAP conversions is a plus.
• Excellent project leadership, strong writing and risk management skills.
• Fluent English; German/French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver US GAAP and US capital markets FAAS projects for US-FMG.
• Collaborate with EY FAAS leadership to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate across service lines in an international team delivery model.
• Develop client deliverables that are clear, accurate and well-presented.
• Identify and pursue new FAAS opportunities and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely delivery.
