Zusammenfassung

The ILO is seeking an external collaborator to support the Better Work programme by strengthening its management systems tools and capacity development for OSH and HR. The assignment includes developing templates and providing up to four virtual coaching sessions for Enterprise Advisors on practical management systems.

The Sri Lanka component will involve a workplan, needs assessment, and coordinating two ToT events with post-ToT coaching, requiring in-country engagement and in-person activities.

Aufgaben

• support the Better Work programme in strengthening management systems tools and capacity development for OSH and HR
• develop simple, practical templates and guidance for Enterprise Advisors
• conduct up to four virtual coaching sessions for Enterprise Advisors on management systems
• make recommendations to strengthen Better Work’s management systems tools and approach
• develop a workplan and needs assessment for the Sri Lanka component
• coordinate at least two ToT events and provide post-ToT coaching
• engage with in-country stakeholders and provide on-the-ground support
