Cantonal Hospital Glarus invites an accomplished healthcare executive to lead the Medical Services Department, with responsibility for Anaesthesia, Radiology, ICU, operating theatres, and related services. You will shape strategic initiatives and ensure patient-centered operational excellence.

You will work with the Executive Board to advance the hospital's strategy, develop the department, and foster cross-disciplinary projects while expanding professional networks in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with management training
• Several years of leadership experience in health organisations or multi-sector environments
• Patient-centred care mindset preferred
• Ability to collaborate across departments and drive change

• Lead the Medical Services Department, including Anaesthesia and Radiology
