Flux Mobility AG in Winterthur is seeking a Powertrain Electrical Engineer responsible for electrical components of our electric powertrain and helping define the future roadmap of our vehicles.

You will integrate and validate key electrical components such as batteries, inverters, motors and HV distribution, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions for our next-generation vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Take technical responsibility for the selection, validation and integration of the electrical components of the electric powertrain.
• Define and maintain the component roadmap for the electric powertrain with the engineering team.
• Monitor supplier and technology roadmaps; ensure early visibility of new products, cost reductions and end-of-life risks.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate internal and external teams during development, validation and industrialisation activities.
• Identify and qualify second sources for critical components.
• Continuously benchmark the market and identify best technical and commercial options for future vehicles.
