Specialized Bicycle Components in Cham, Switzerland seeks an Entry-Level Engineer for the Turbo Quality team to test complete electronic systems, hardware and software, with a focus on early-stage validation to ensure peak ride quality.

Based at our Cham innovation center, you will collaborate with system and connectivity engineers, validate firmware (HMI, motor, battery), perform toolchain validation and document findings.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in firmware, software, or embedded system testing.
• Able to work in a team and coordinate with engineers.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End user validation in development projects.
• User validation of new Firmware (HMI, Motor, Battery) including riding tests.
• Toolchain validation.
• Specialized App testing.
• Regression testing on released bikes.
• Document test results and follow up on findings.
• Feedback test findings to quality engineer and define reproduction test protocols.
• Collaborate with System Engineering to define new test protocols.
