avec compétence (avecco) GmbH is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design and govern enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You will define standards for authentication, authorization, and privileged access.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM within complex enterprises, hands-on experience with Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, plus knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and NIS2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience in large enterprise settings.
• Expertise in authentication, authorization, and PAM.
• Hands-on with Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Entra ID, and AD.

Responsabilités

• Design and govern enterprise IAM architectures across cloud, on-premise and hybrid.
• Define standards for authentication, authorization, federation, and privileged access.
• Advise business and tech stakeholders on secure-by-design IAM solutions.
• Assess identity-related risks and support security reviews and incident response.
