The Enterprise Architect is a strategic leader who translates business strategy into process and system architecture, driving digital transformation and innovation. This role ensures that the process and technology landscape support customer-centricity, omnichannel top and bottom-line growth, and process efficiencies, leveraging AI and industry best practices.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate architecture reviews, support change initiatives and measure impact of architecture decisions
- Act as point of reference and authority for End-to-End (E2E) processes as well as final decision maker for design, concept and implementation release in systems
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture team (Data Governance, Delivery Leads) and direct E2E and Functional Leads in divisions technically, according to their allocated time and roles to projects/initiatives
- Manage the backlog for projects and CRs following the overall Mammut strategy, architecture and goals in mind
- Integrate industry and process best practices into design, optimize and simplify Mammut process and system architecture implementation following an AI-first approach
- Reduce complexity to what is absolutely needed (MVP), check standard and any adjustments that are necessary and add business value
- Ensure recording and specification of (engineering) requirements and consistent E2E process documentation from all teams
- Facilitate process coaching and oversee system configuration collaboratively with the IT department and implementation partners
- Manage overall E2E process governance, together with Master Data Governance Lead, define tasks, set up key users and tracking
Your profile
- Completed degree in information management, economics, financial management, operations, supply chain management or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience
- Deep understanding of the entire Dynamics 365 suite
- Excellent understanding of Enterprise Architecture and relevant applications (ERP/BI/Advanced Analytics)
- Good command of foundational IT applications (Planning & Forecasting/PLM/ERP/CRM/BI)
- Exceptional analytical skills and capability to manage complex business situations with competing targets
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and under pressure
- Strong team player with the ability to partner up, influence others and achieve joint view on business risk and opportunities, driving change across the organization
- AI first approach to build processes and systems for the future which can scale
- Fact-based decision maker who provides clarity, paired with delivery orientation and pragmatism to ensure best possible product supply
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
