Zusammenfassung

SR Technics Switzerland AG in Kloten (ZH) seeks a Quality Inspector for 100% workload. You will perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies on one of our engine lines, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications and engineering orders. Immediate start.

The role requires completed vocational training, 3+ years in Aviation/MRO, and proficiency in English; German is an advantage. You will work in a 2-shift, shift-based environment and contribute to lean initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical/technical field.
• More than 3 years of work experience in Aviation or MRO is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with precise and accountable work approach.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good English (minimum B2); German is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.

Aufgaben

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
• Work independently and think and act economically
