BearingPoint Schweiz seeks an experienced management consultant to help shape strategy and digital transformation for energy and utilities clients in French-speaking Switzerland. You will identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and deliver client projects in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Fluent in French and English, you will expand your industry network, leverage partnerships, and progress toward senior responsibilities in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in management consulting or in-house consulting.
• Active network within Energy & Utilities ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales and business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals and pitches, especially in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Build and maintain a network within the Swiss Energy & Utilities ecosystem to support growth.
• Deliver consulting projects to improve organisations, processes, and operations.
• Contribute expertise in strategy, business model design, transformation, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure strong project delivery with analyses, deliverables, and project management.
• Develop consulting capabilities and industry knowledge with increasing responsibility.

In this challenging context, which is also shaped by the Swiss Federal Government’s Energy Strategy 2050, executives are required to develop forward-looking corporate strategies and set the highest standards for operational excellence, regardless of their industry or market environment.

As Part Of Our Strategy To Strengthen Our Local Presence In Switzerland, You Will Join Our Multidisciplinary Team In Geneva. As a Trusted Advisor, You Will Support Our Clients In The Energy, Resources & Utilities Sector Throughout Their Key Transformation Initiatives

• Actively support sales and business development activities, including identifying business opportunities and contributing to proposals, pitches, and client discussions, with a particular focus on the French-speaking part of Switzerland
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the Swiss Energy & Utilities ecosystem and work closely with our strategic partners to support sustainable business growth
• Deliver consulting projects in close collaboration with our clients to improve and transform their organisations, processes, and operational activities
• Contribute hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: strategy, business model design, organisational transformation, performance improvement, process optimisation, sustainability, and enterprise applications
• Ensure strong project delivery, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, the preparation of deliverables, research, and project management
• Continuously develop your consulting capabilities and industry expertise while taking on increasing responsibility within projects
  
  

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
• You have several years of professional experience in management consulting, in-house consulting, or a comparable relevant role within the Energy & Utilities sector
• You have a strong interest in and proven experience with business development and sales activities, including client acquisition and contributing to proposals and pitches
• You have an active network within the Energy & Utilities ecosystem and the ability to leverage it effectively for business development purposes
• You have a solid understanding of topics related to electricity trading and/or transmission and distribution system operators, TSO/DSO, within the Energy & Utilities sector
• You have experience in operational and digital transformation, including strategy, business model design, process and organisational optimisation, and enterprise applications
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage
• You have proven analytical and conceptual capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative
• You communicate results and the resulting value for clients in a convincing and impactful manner, both in writing and verbally
