Zusammenfassung

ETH Zurich's Chair of Energy Systems Analysis seeks a Student Assistant to support research tasks, data analysis, and reference management during the start-up phase. The role also involves website design, wiki development, and aiding teaching and research projects within the group.

The position offers flexible hours (15 hours/week during term and up to 100% during holidays) with a focus on collaboration between ESA and LEA, and fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proactive, highly motivated and well-organised person.
• Pursuing MSc (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, informatics or economics.
• Background in website design/management, wikis, and advanced MS Office is desirable.
• Programming skills (Matlab, Python, Julia, GAMS) are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support the ESA Chair with literature reviews, data analysis, reference management, and energy system modelling as applicable.
• Assist with website design/management, wiki development, and support teaching and research projects.
• Support strategic development of LEA at PSI and facilitate collaboration between ESA and LEA.
