• Oversee TA programs and advocacy projects; implement CRM and media actions to engage talent communities.
• Use analytics to improve storytelling across channels.

We are looking for an Employer Branding & IDEA Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team based in Stabio (Ticino - CH).

Let's Talk about the Role

As our Employer Branding & IDEA Specialist you will shape our employer brand across the EMEA, changing candidates' experience and perception about VF and drive our IDEA initiatives, from supporting our Employees Resource Groups to enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives.

You will achieve this by:

• Bringing to live our Employer Branding across the EMEA and all employees lifecycle moments, creating engaging content for our talent audiences on all touchpoints, from our brand career websites to LinkedIn, job boards and more
• Partnering with Corporate Communication, Employee Engagement and the wider HR team to design and implement a meaningful Employer Branding content calendar
• Supporting IDEA initiatives across our offices, retail and DC locations, including programmes such as #IAmRemarkable and neurodiversity awareness
• Partnering with our Employees Resource Group (ERG) to expand their reach and strengthen engagement, creating meaningful experiences for our teams
• Managing and optimisingall EB touchpoints, from our career websites to job boards, Glassdoor and Indeed (including reviews), making sure VF is showcased strongly while gathering candidates insights
• Leading TA programs, such as our project marketplace, employees advocacy, as a project manager and subject matter expert
• Implementing our CRM and media actions with a focus on LinkedIn and VF Workday database to engage and nurture talent communities
• Use analytics to improve our content and storytelling acroos all channels

How You Will Make a Difference

You are keen to specialize in Employer Branding and inclusion while keeping an operational focus on Talent Acquisition. We would value:

• extensive experience on employer branding management
• strong content creation skills, with experience managing campaigns and employer branding assets across multiple channels
• strong passion for inclusion, previous IDEA experience is a plus
• strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action
• a collaborative, can do mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
• open mind and curiosity, able to foresee trends and innovations,
• high degree of autonomy and organizational confidence
• exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal comm skills
• fluency in English is a must, any other European language is a plus
• knowledge of LinkedIn product suite and Workday is a plus
