Qualificações

• Completed university degree in psychology or social work.
• Further training in solution-focused counseling or case management.
• Several years of experience in counseling or case management, ideally in Switzerland.
• German native, excellent English skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Consult and support employees confidentially and empathetically in complex professional and personal life situations.
• Support line managers and People & Culture HR professionals in a solutions-oriented manner.
• Lead the entire case-management process for successful reintegration after long absences.
• Independently manage all administration and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain professional exchange with Swiss social insurances.
• Contribute proactively in a modern, self-organized team environment and in location-specific care-team deployments.
