Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HCC or related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements.
• Ability to gather data from multiple sources and consolidate into quantitative reports.
• Experience with database and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with MS Excel.

• Lead transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate disclosures.
• Coordinate preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of disclosures.
• Support governance processes with reporting methodologies, control frameworks, and audit readiness.
