albedis is seeking a motivated Software Team Leader to join its engineering team. The role combines hands-on embedded software development in C/C++ with technical and people leadership, contributing to customer projects in medical technology and industrial sectors.

Experience with IEC 62304 and regulated medical-device software development is highly valued. The candidate will lead a software development team, plan resources with project managers, and ensure compliance with development processes

Qualifikationen

Several years of professional embedded software experience.
Proven leadership, coaching or mentoring experience.
Experience with IEC 62304 and regulated medical-device software.

Aufgaben

Develop embedded software in C/C++ for medical devices.
Lead and coach the software development team.
Plan and coordinate resources with project managers.
Implement software across multiple processor architectures and RTOS.
Improve software development methods and workflows.
Ensure compliance with development processes and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, and architects.
