Zusammenfassung

CSEM is seeking an Electronics Technician for its Medtech Prototyping & FW group, based in Bern and Neuchâtel. You will contribute to the development, validation, and optimization of innovative electronic systems, collaborating with R&D engineers and suppliers from prototype to production transfer.

The role emphasizes analog and digital layout, PCB design, and hands-on prototyping, testing, and rework in a high-midelity R&D environment.

Qualifikationen

• ES degree in Electronics (Technicien ES en électronique / Elektroniker HF or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electronics technician in an R&D environment.
• Fluency in English; good French skills are mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to schematic design in collaboration with R&D engineers.
• PCB layout.
• PCB assembly coordination with internal and external parties.
• Co-design electronics with mechanics/housing.
• Support design verification, validation, and characterization.
• Support industrialization and knowledge transfer.
• Perform advanced PCB rework and debugging on high-density boards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and test procedures.
• Gather physiological data in Medtech projects.
• Contribute to quality system in compliance with ISO 13485.
• Manage specific infrastructures/laboratories.
