Job summary

Jobup, a leading builder in Eastern Switzerland, seeks a Deputy Branch Manager (80–100%). You will advise customers on new construction and service projects, independently prepare offers and invoices, and lead a team of electricians and apprentices.

Requirements include vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, further training as a project manager or similar, and ideally several years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Initiative and customer interaction skills.
• Leadership experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating teams and projects in electrical installation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on new constructions and service projects.
• Independently prepare offers and invoices for projects.
• Coordinate orders and project activities.
• Lead a team of electrical installers and apprentices.
• Collaborate with automation and communication specialists.
