Job summary

Metso is seeking a Product Engineering Manager – Electrical to lead the Stirred Mill electrical engineering team and drive the design, development, and standardization of electrical systems and controls. The role reports to senior leadership and requires coordination across the Stirred Mill product group.

The candidate will manage on-site and remote engineering activities, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and control system design.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical product design and engineering team in the Stirred Mill product group.
• Lead R&D and continuous improvement projects for electrical systems.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of electrical and control systems packages.
• Own and update electrical engineering standards and governance.
