INP Schweiz AG is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to lead electrical power systems commissioning across LV, MV, and DC with international project stakes. You will inspect installations, perform testing, and ensure start-up success while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of LV - MV - DC power systems.
• Test and start-up of batteries, DC/AC inverters, DC/DC converters, MV/LV switchgear and protection.
• Inspect and advise on electrical power systems installation according to manufacturers' instructions.
• Complete commissioning procedures according to specification and instructions.
• Troubleshoot LV/MV/DC systems and feedback corrective measures to engineering/design.

Tasks

• Lead Commissioning of electrical power systems LV - MV - DC
• Take responsibility for electrical testing and start-up of batteries, DC/AC Inverters, DC/DC Converters, MV switchgear and protection, LV switchgear
• Inspect and advise on electrical power systems installation according to manufactures instructions
• Complete commissioning procedures according to specification and instructions
• Troubleshoot LV/MV/DC Systems, collaborate and feedback corrective measures on engineering and design

Requirements

• Experience in cold and hot commissioning of large scale power plants and / or large industrial plants
• Interest to expand commissioning and service expertise on various products and in different industries
• Independent work style, great overall electrical power systems expertise
• Experience in commissioning of electrical protection systems is a plus
• Ability to communicate in english
• Valid work permit in Europe
