Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a Technical Expert - Ecotoxicologist to join our Global Science Delivery team. You will design, deliver and interpret ecotoxicology studies, partnering with a global CRO network to support registration of crop protection products.

Minimum BSc in Biology or related field with GLP ecotoxicology experience; strong data insights and regulatory knowledge are essential. Flexible working and an international environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc in Biology, Ecotoxicology, Environmental Toxicology, or a closely related field.
• Experience conducting ecotoxicology studies under GLP environment.
• Good knowledge of global ecotoxicology data requirements for Plant Protection Products.
• Experience of generating key insights from data sets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of data generated at CROs to support development and registration of new active ingredients and products globally.
• Be responsible for protocol design, evaluation of data and reviewing/authorising company reports.
• Elucidate insights from ecotoxicology data and report expert conclusions to technical teams.
• Provide technical assistance and innovative solutions to facilitate transfer of technical knowledge.
