CTC Resourcing Solutions AG partners with a global pharma leader to recruit an E2E CSV/C&Q Lead in Basel, Switzerland for a 12‑month contract with potential extension. You will define and coordinate the integrated validation approach across IT/OT, data platforms and operational applications, ensuring GxP relevance, traceability and data integrity.

Reporting to the GE Automation Lead, you will build a reusable validation blueprint for Lighthouse delivery and future sites, align cross‑functional

Formación

Degree in Engineering, Automation, CS, IT, Life Sciences or related field.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end CSV/qualification delivery for IT/OT and data platforms.
Ability to apply risk-based validation to determine proportionate controls.

Responsabilidades

Define and coordinate the integrated CSV/C&Q strategy for the project.
Establish validation principles across source systems, integrations and platforms.
Coordinate validation activities and ensure traceability and data integrity.
Lead cross-functional teams for Lighthouse delivery and future deployments.
Prepare artifacts for Quality review and obtain final approval.
