Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Solution Architect who will relocate to Malta to join a Big 4 environment. The role is hybrid, full-time, with visa and relocation support and compensation paid in euros.

You will design, develop and implement end-to-end D365 architectures, lead technical teams, and ensure alignment with product owners while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years leading and delivering end-to-end solutions using D365 F&O.
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven architecture design and delivery experience with D365 F&O platform.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Owns the functional and technical end-to-end solution design and governance.
• Assess current architecture and drive improvements with technical staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team throughout implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on architecture projects.
