Vaxcyte is seeking an energetic Drug Substance (DS) Staff Engineer to support conjugation manufacturing operations from commercial readiness through PPQ and beyond, onsite at CMOs in Visp, Switzerland. You will provide technical and operational support to ensure robust processes for protein‑polysaccharide conjugates within the vaccine portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master with extensive Pharma/Biotech experience as specified.
• Strong statistical thinking: DOE planning/analysis, CPV trending, data visualization.

Aufgaben

• Support conjugation manufacturing operations to ensure GMP compliance.
• Lead DS manufacturing process investigations and CAPAs.
• Coordinate with CMOs for technology transfer, qualification, and scale-up.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory submissions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Present findings at department, project team, and senior management meetings.
