YOUR ROLE

As a senior leader in Capgemini Invent’s Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) practice, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high‑impact transformation for leading Retail clients in Switzerland. You will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation by harnessing the full power of our global Invent ecosystem, which blends strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver insight‑led, sustainable, and data‑driven transformations.



  • Driving strategic growth and client engagement: Lead executive‑level account planning, go‑to‑market initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to expand our presence across priority Retail accounts in Switzerland.

  • Shaping the future of Retail: Identify and capture growth opportunities by developing customer‑centric, digitally enabled, and ESG‑aligned transformation strategies, aligned with clients' ambitions to future‑proof their business.

  • Delivering end‑to‑end transformation programs: Oversee the design and execution of complex programs across omnichannel retail, supply chain reinvention, commercial performance, and operating model innovation.

  • Harnessing data and emerging technologies: Apply data science, AI, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation to unlock new value streams, personalize experiences, and optimize decision‑making.

  • Embedding sustainability and purpose: Lead the development of net‑zero roadmaps, circular economy initiatives, and socially responsible strategies that align with both business outcomes and Capgemini’s Invent for Society vision.

  • Building long‑term, trusted relationships: Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence across multiple engagements while fostering trust, collaboration, and innovation.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Over 10 years of experience in large management consulting firms.

  • Strong track record of leading digital and business transformation initiatives in Retail sector in Switzerland.

  • Deep understanding of retail market dynamics, including evolving consumer behaviors, digital disruption, competitive pressures, and emerging business models across the global and Swiss retail landscape.

  • Proven expertise in online‑to‑offline (O2O) strategies, digital commerce, marketplaces, and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) models, combined with in‑depth knowledge of retail operations, supply chain optimization, inventory management, logistics, and last‑mile delivery.

  • Experience designing and delivering ESG‑aligned business models, including circular economy strategies, responsible sourcing practices, and sustainability‑led operating models in the retail sector.

  • Strong command of commercial strategy, with a demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth, deliver disciplined financial execution, and manage risk and opportunity effectively across large‑scale engagements.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary client engagements with C‑level stakeholders, combining strategic vision, hands‑on leadership, and a forward‑thinking, entrepreneurial mindset. Brings credibility, client gravitas, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (minimum C1 level required).
