Job summary

Aiglon College seeks a suitably qualified Head of Physical Education and Sport Faculty to join from August 2027. Located in the Swiss Alps, the college delivers a holistic, world‑class education for around 500 students aged 7‑18 and offers IGCSE and the IB Diploma.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate would be an experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic, knowledgeable leader and/or teacher of Physical Education and Sport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department of Physical Education and Sport and develop curriculum across Junior and Senior School.
• Manage a senior team including PE heads and sport staff; oversee budgets and resources.
• Ensure examination board requirements are met and coordinate student entries for assessments.
• Coordinate inter-school sport programmes, fixtures and events.
• Teach an average of 16 academic lessons per week and contribute to the wider life of the school.
