• Proven track record leading large-scale software development organizations with 200+ professionals.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and offshore centers, especially in India.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and senior leaders within complex matrix organizations.
• Strong background in enterprise software development, governance, architecture, and large-scale delivery.
• Experience overseeing extensive application portfolios and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation, delivery improvement, and engineering maturity at scale.
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems and global delivery models.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or highly operational global industries is a strong advantage.
