Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in AI/CS/Math/Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in AI tech incl. GenAI/ML engineering.
• Proven AI leadership with track record delivering AI solutions.
• Go-to-market experience within the Swiss market mandatory.
• Fluency in English; travel within Switzerland and internationally.
• German or French language skills are a plus.

As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of our cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business. Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.

Your Impact

• Manage engagements with clients and PwC teams, serving as a key leader within our organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption
• Lead workshops and discussions with clients or internal stakeholders to identify AI use cases, understand business challenges, and align AI tailored solutions.

Your Skill Set

• A university master's degree or PhD in fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any natural sciences or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Over 10 years of work experience evidencing experience with artificial intelligence technologies (such as machine learning, deep learning, advanced statistics and modelling) and more recently in Generative AI (including Agentic AI, GenAI-related cloud technologies, ML engineering).
• As experienced hire, you have a solid track record in delivering and overachieving on your projects and you can rely on your network within AI space.
• Proven experience in AI leadership roles, with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. Consulting experienced is considered a plus.
• Proven go-to-market experience within the Swiss market is mandatory, with a strong understanding of local business dynamics and needs.
• Fluency in English with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally; German or French language skills are considered a plus.
