Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in digital technology management defining technology roadmaps and leading complex development portfolios.
• Strong experience leading development processes from requirements to product launch.
• Mastery in Agile methodologies; experience with Gate Model or equivalent process.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and system architecture.
• Understanding of IoT, edge computing, and industrial automation technologies.
• Able to influence without authority in matrix organizations across countries and cultures.
• Excellent project/program management and communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Define and evolve the global technology roadmap for digital products, Cloud software, software tools, and embedded systems.
• Collaborate with R&D Team Managers to ensure competences and aligned objectives with R&D strategy.
• Identify emerging technologies with R&D and Corporate Research and drive collaboration.
• Manage investments, resources, risks, and IP in the area of responsibility.
• Drive innovation, set technology standards, and guide architectural decisions across digital platforms.
• Establish common development processes, tools, architecture principles, and quality standards.
• Coordinate local and global teams and partners to resolve conflicts or technical problems.
