La position

As Digital Solution Lead - Trial Simulation & Protocol Design (Technology Consultant), you will serve as a strategic thought leader and go-to expert for RDT. You will lead cross-functional teams on high-impact, complex products, anticipating changing business conditions and recommending strategic directions with enterprise-wide implications. By engaging with senior executives and scaling Agile frameworks, you will align priorities across product squads and resolve unprecedented problems. You will shape product roadmaps, influence domain strategy using extensive industry knowledge, and masterfully mentor colleagues to foster a highly collaborative, safe, and innovative team environment.

The Opportunity:

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Leads cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including peers from outside of your own function, to deliver high-impact and/or complex products. Shapes and influences strategy for complex products and cross-functional agile teams.

• Accountability/Problem Solving: Decides on important topics with a significant impact on the goals and objectives of the organization. Helps solve unique or unprecedented problems that impact major products. Fosters healthy disagreements and discussions to ensure convergence and agreement, and scales Agile frameworks in order to align priorities across squads or product teams. Collaborated with program leads to elaborate the strategic program roadmaps, develop business case and funding request for board deliberation and decision.

• Stakeholder Management: Engages and leads partnerships with senior stakeholders and executives, managing expectations and sponsorship. Communicates strategic information, issues, and solution options across the enterprise or multiple large business portfolios. Able to captivate audiences and exchange ideas by mastering the messaging used and selecting the most appropriate communication channels.

• Impact/Strategy: Acts as a go-to person for Leadership in RDT, determining the best course of action in new/innovative capabilities. Provides consistent leadership and significant impact on complex and/or high-impact programs. Influences strategy at the domain level by using extensive industry knowledge to shape product roadmaps and workforce strategies toward strategic trends. Masters coaching and mentoring to develop others' expertise and creates a safe environment that empowers participants and enables great teamwork.

• Complexity/ (Product Size): Leads extremely complex projects with enterprise-wide implications. Anticipates changing conditions and business needs, and recommends strategic directions to management to mitigate them.

• AI Innovation / AI-Native Transformation: Identifies and drives creative opportunities to embed AI, intelligent agents, and automation into existing business and engineering workflows. Challenges traditional ways of working and partners with business, product, and engineering teams to reimagine processes, improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and create more intuitive user experiences.

• Business/Technical ability: Receives positive feedback, maintains a strong reputation, and is recognized by organizational leaders internally and externally due to impact, expertise, and collaboration capability. Possesses a proficient level of business process domain knowledge in multiple domains and stays abreast of technology innovation. Considered a thought leader in an area of Consultancy with deep expertise in multiple Consultancy capabilities.

Who You Are:

• Proven Consultancy experience, including previous experience in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported.

• Proven track record of leading extremely complex projects with enterprise-wide implications and anticipating changing business conditions.

• Deep expertise in multiple Consultancy capabilities and a proficient level of business process domain knowledge across multiple domains.

• Strong ability to scale Agile frameworks to align priorities across multiple squads or product teams.

• Advanced capability in shaping product roadmaps and workforce strategies based on extensive industry knowledge and strategic trends.

• Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior audiences, influence decisions, and communicate complex strategic topics effectively.

• Mastery in coaching and mentoring colleagues, building expertise, and creating a safe, collaborative environment that enables high-performing teams.

• AI-Native Product Thinking: Think beyond traditional software workflows and identify how AI, intelligent agents, automation, and data can fundamentally transform clinical study design experiences, workflows, and decision-making.

• Technical Product Leadership: Bring strong technical fluency to guide architecture and engineering discussions, effectively lead distributed/offshore technical teams, and drive complex digital products end-to-end—from ideation and technical design through development, integration, deployment, and production readiness.

• Clinical Domain Expertise (Preferred): Prior experience or working knowledge of Clinical Science, Biostatistics, or clinical study design is preferred, with the ability to understand scientific and statistical concepts and translate them into effective digital product capabilities.
