A leading outdoor apparel company seeks a Digital Sales Director based in Geneva to oversee a multimillion-euro portfolio. You will lead a multicultural team, manage digital accounts like Amazon and Zalando, and develop strategies for online sales growth. We’re looking for a Digital Sales Director to lead our wholesale.com business across Europe, shaping how our Columbia and Sorel brands grow through our online partners.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multimillion-euro portfolio of 30+ e-retail partners — from major accounts like Amazon, Zalando, and ASOS to fast-growing regional marketplaces.
Leading a team of 10 (including 5 direct reports) located across Europe (HQ and countries), you’ll be accountable for growing our digital wholesale turnover, and implementing a scalable marketplace model that supports sustainable growth.
Beyond commercial delivery, you’ll position your team as a Centre of Excellence (COE) for digital sales — sharing best practices, tools, and insights to support regional Sales and Marketing teams in driving omnichannel excellence.
