Job summary

Roche in Basel is offering a one-year internship/working student position within the Clinical Manufacturing Network. You will help shape the digital roadmap and drive continuous process improvements across global sites, including Basel, Penzberg and San Francisco.

The role covers organizational support, business analysis, documentation, and an AI use-case project. You will collaborate with a global team, learn about digital tools, and contribute to data-driven solutions while remaining enrolled

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program for the duration of the internship.
• Interest in digitalization, process optimization and AI.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Google and MS Office; knowledge of process mapping or PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizational tasks, project management and milestone tracking.
• Analyze clinical manufacturing processes to identify data-driven needs.
• Prepare presentations, reports and training materials.
• Research and pilot a small AI use case to improve a process.
• Support global communication to keep stakeholders aligned.
