Guess Europe Sagl seeks a Digital PR & Events Intern to assist the Press & PR team across 11 European markets and product categories. You will help with influencer collaborations, product seeding, press kits, campaign launches and media monitoring.

The role covers events planning, cross-market coordination, and ongoing research into talent and media trends to inspire creative communications. Italian and English fluency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, events, communications or PR or related field.

• Knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Digital PR & Special Events Manager, the Digital PR & Events Intern will assist the Press & PR team in all activities across 11 European markets, serving all Guess product categories.

The Digital PR & Events Intern will assist the team across both Press and Digital PR activities, including influencer collaborations, product seeding, creative mailers, press kit preparation, campaign and product launches, media monitoring and reporting, media and influencer research, as well as PR and special events.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Daily coordination with PR agencies and influencer management teams regarding talent look selections
• Support product order management for long-term influencer collaborations and spot projects
• Assist with product seeding activities and press sample management, including look selection, order coordination and shipments
• Maintain and regularly update shared tracking documents
• Create periodic "Best of Social Coverage" and "Best of Press Coverage" reports based on weekly agency updates
• Support key campaign and product PR launches by monitoring press coverage across different markets, collecting clippings, results and feedback
• Support the end-to-end organization of events, from concept development through to logistical execution
• Coordinate store visits and online product selections in connection with events and activations
• Conduct ongoing research into relevant talent, industry trends and competitor projects to stay up to date with the influencer landscape. + Conduct ongoing research into new media, digital platforms, fashion commentators and emerging communication formats, with the aim of bringing new ideas and inspiration on how to communicate key projects
• Support the preparation of press kits and seasonal PR must-have lists, including still life sourcing, preliminary selection of lookbook/campaign images, preparation of price lists and cross-check of PR product lists against purchased styles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Event Management, Communications & PR or similar
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Candidates should possess a strong interest in public relations, be self-motivated, hard-working, creative and detail-oriented, in addition to being responsible and organized
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape, with a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong sense of taste, and a genuine interest in emerging trends
• Internet research, social media and Microsoft Office package are necessary; Photoshop is a plus
• Ability to work on cross-functional and multi-national teams
