Atinary Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure and workflows that support our ML and AI systems. You will join the tech team with software and ML engineers to deploy scalable, reliable systems ensuring smooth operation of Atinary’s products.

We value generalists who can solve problems across domains, with a hybrid work policy of 2 home office days per week and flexible hours. Lausanne-based, powered by SDLabs®, our AI platform for accelerated discovery.

Qualifikationen

• Must-have: 3+ years in DevOps/site reliability or 2+ years in Software Eng and 1+ year in DevOps.
• Must-have: Experience with AWS.
• Must-have: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Must-have: Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Must-have: Hands-on scripting/programming (Python, Bash).
• Must-have: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu or similar).

Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure and workflows that supports our ML and AI systems. You will be part of the tech team along with software and ML engineers to deploy scalable, reliable, and efficient systems , ensuring the smooth operation of Atinary’s products.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software services.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles.
  OR
  
• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 1+ year of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles.
  
• Experience with AWS.
  
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar).
  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
  
• Hands-on scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).
  
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu or similar).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-have:

• Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration.
  
• Familiarity with ML workloads, AI and GenAI systems.
