Zusammenfassung

Leica Geosystems is seeking a DevOps Cloud Architect to help design and govern cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC standards. Hybrid work model in Heerbrugg with a strong emphasis on reliability, monitoring, and secure deployments.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern tooling, including AI-enabled solutions, in a collaborative, international team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP, proficiency in C#/.NET, and strong English

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional cloud infrastructure experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation experience (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Knowledge of IaC and platform automation (Terraform, CDK .NET, Packer).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / Kibana).
• Solid software engineering fundamentals (C# / .NET, Clean Code, TDD, NuGet) and release concepts (Artifactory).
• Excellent English and strong communication.

This is you

• At least 3 years of professional experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with containerised environments and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD automation (preferably GitHub Actions) and Git workflows / branching strategies.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code and platform automation (Terraform, CDK .NET, Packer).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / Kibana).
• Strong technical background with software engineering fundamentals (C# / .NET, Clean Code, TDD, NuGet) and release/versioning concepts (e.g. Artifactory).
• Confident, assertive, and results‑driven communicator with strong technical skills and excellent English
