About the Role

Currently, we are looking for an organized and dedicated individual to join our R&D team as a Development Engineer PLC Software (m / f / d) in Volketswil.

What You Need to Be Successful

• A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Experience in a similar environment is an advantage - but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with modular PLC software development (preferably using B&R Automation Studio) is a plus
• Knowledge of safety function design and implementation is a benefit
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed
• Strong communication skills in German and English—both spoken and written (required)
