VF CORPORATION in Stabio, Switzerland, invites applications for a Design & Materials Intern with The North Face team. You will work with Designers and a Materials Specialist to explore concepts, materials, trims, and elevate product ranges, contributing to future-focused designs.

The role emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and meticulous execution, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and exposure to multiple product categories.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of materials and design process for outdoor, lifestyle, and technical products.
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Illustrator skills.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Support trend, consumer, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Create design assets including sketches, technical packs, color-ups, and presentations using Illustrator.
• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and maintain archive/PLM; manage design details for product categories.
• Maintain design documentation and product information in FLEX and DASH during development.
• Collaborate with Designers, Material Specialist, cross-functional partners, and HQ in Denver.
