Two.jobs GmbH is seeking a Construction or Agricultural Machinery Mechanic to join as Deputy Workshop Manager (100%). You will work closely with the workshop team to keep machines reliably operational and lead initiatives under the workshop management.

You will handle cost estimates, SAP orders, invoicing, and tool management while performing hands-on service, repairs, and long-term maintenance of equipment up to 15 tons. Strong teamwork and a customer-friendly presence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a construction, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic.
• Several years of workshop experience, ideally with responsibility.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of digital work (SAP).
• Valid driver's license class B.

• Assist workshop management in leading the team and ensuring smooth processes.
• Perform service work, repair machines, and ensure long-term maintenance.
