InGold Aesthetics in Zug invites applications for a Dental Assistant EFZ (40–100%). You will greet patients, support treatments, manage files, and coordinate appointments in a modern practice.

Fluent German and English are required, with French as an advantage. You’ll assist with procedures, sterilize equipment, and contribute to social media and training initiatives within a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient files and coordinating appointments.

• Supporting invoicing and accounts receivable management.
• Participating in the InGold Aesthetics Academy for training.
• Supporting social media and advising on cosmetic dental treatments and care products.

Dental Assistant EFZ (40–100%)

• Reception and care of our patients
• Patient care before, during, and after treatment – your empathy ensures a pleasant atmosphere
• Assisting with aesthetic and general dental treatments (including prosthetics, implantology, and teeth whitening)
• Reprocessing and sterilizing instruments according to applicable hygiene guidelines
• Managing patient files and coordinating appointments
• Communicating with patients via telephone, email, and WhatsApp
• Supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable management
• Participating in the InGold Aesthetics Academy – supporting training for dentists and dental professionals
• Supporting social media and providing advice on cosmetic dental treatments and care products
• Preparing and cleaning the treatment rooms

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a dental assistant (EFZ)
