To reinforce our HQ based in Ecublens we are currently looking to hire one person for the role of:

Demand Planning Owner
MISSION

Design and deploy a global demand planning process and systems, ensuring accurate forecasts and high-quality data. Support SIOP with reliable insights and align business processes with ERP deployment for a consistent worldwide approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand planning process & system ownership

  • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle Fusion Demand Management globally.
  • Define global standards, governance, and operating procedures for demand planning.
  • Lead user enablement, documentation, and training across regions.
  • Align the solution with Supply Planning.

Data integration & transition management

  • Bridge Oracle and local ERP systems until full global deployment.
  • Build and maintain data transformation and consolidation models for a single demand view.
  • Drive data quality, consistency, and integration readiness with IT partners.

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Maintain and optimize baseline statistical forecasting models.
  • Track and improve forecast accuracy, bias, and adoption.
  • Define and manage KPI dashboards to support SIOP performance reviews.

Data analytics & decision support

  • Develop and maintain Supply Chain KPI dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Identify trends and performance gaps, recommending improvement actions.
  • Translate analytical findings into business insights for planning, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
PROFILE
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics.
  • 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or advanced planning tools.
  • Strong data skills (Power BI, SQL, Python, or equivalent).
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate data into insight.
  • Fluent in English and French; other languages a plus.
