Job summary

BLP is a Swiss SaaS scale-up building an agentic platform to automate business processes for finance and operations teams globally. Delta develops the core software foundation, with emphasis on correctness, formal reasoning, and strong mathematics.

We seek engineers who can tackle difficult problems, make assumptions explicit, and use formal reasoning. Roles span Infrastructure, Backend, ML, and Unbound product extension areas, with on-site Zurich or remote work within Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong academic backgrounds in mathematics (Math PhD/MSc or significant olympiad achievements).
• Startup experience—as an early employee, building productive systems and knowing what it takes to maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Work on infrastructure, backend, ML, or product extension platform across projects.
• Contribute to designing robust, scalable systems with strong type systems and functional programming.
