Zusammenfassung

G-20 Group in Switzerland seeks an innovative De-Fi Developer & Engineer to join a close-knit team of researchers and traders. You will co-develop high-performance trading algorithms, build execution and connectivity architecture, and conduct on-chain research to scale automated market-making and trading strategies.

You will work with quantitative researchers to optimize strategies, review smart contracts, and deploy large-scale Web3 infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven advanced understanding of EVM internals or other major blockchain architectures.
• Proficient in at least two languages from C++, Python, TypeScript, Rust (Solidity asset).
• Working proficiency in Web3 languages (Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move, or Yul).
• Experience in smart contract audits and protocol-level review.
• Delivery track record: building and maintaining large-scale stacks and completing engineering projects.
• Fluent English in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
• Work authorization to work in Zürich, London, New York, or Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).

• <b>Algorithm & Platform Co-Development:</b> Co-develop proprietary trading algorithms and platform architecture; implement trading execution solutions.
• <b>DeFi & On-Chain Research:</b> Analyze DeFi protocols using on-chain data to optimize market-making and trading strategies.
• <b>Smart Contract & Low-Level Innovation:</b> Audit/review contracts; innovate at the protocol/node level.
• <b>Large-Scale Deployment:</b> Architect, deploy, and maintain large-scale Web3 infrastructure.
