COST SOLUTIONS CYBERDÉFENSE in Switzerland is seeking an experienced database and infrastructure expert to design, deploy and optimize complex PostgreSQL ecosystems across Docker and Kubernetes. You will work with open-source databases such as MariaDB/MySQL and provide on-site and remote client support.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in database administration and infrastructure management.
• In-depth expertise in PostgreSQL ecosystems (EDB, Patroni, PgBouncer) and related open-source databases (MariaDB, Galera).
• Mandatory experience deploying and managing databases within Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and optimize the performance of database infrastructures.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a significant asset.

Responsabilidades

• As an open infrastructure consultant, you will support our clients—either on-site or remotely—through the various phases of their projects.
• Work on PostgreSQL tools and community, EDB Postgres, pgpool-II, Patroni, HAProxy, PgBouncer.
• Manage open-source database systems in Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Handle troubleshooting and performance optimization across Linux distributions.

In-depth expertise in PostgreSQL ecosystems (EDB, Patroni, PgBouncer) and related open-source databases (MariaDB, Galera).

Strong proficiency in Linux distributions, combined with the ability to provide client support both on-site and remotely.

Languages: Fluency in English and German is required, proficiency in French is a significant asset.
