Zusammenfassung

Fellowship Recruitment is seeking a data governance professional to identify and remediate data quality issues. You will manage a central catalog, drive remediation projects, and implement governance across datasets to improve availability and quality.

Fluency in English and German, plus strong SQL/Power BI skills, is required. The role involves training business users and collaborating with technical teams across our Swiss operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in data management and data governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and German; strong presentation skills.
• Expertise in SQL and Power BI required.
• Experience with data catalog solutions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain & drive a master list of data quality issues, priorities, and status and keep stakeholders informed of issues as they arise.
• Plan, execute and oversee remediation efforts via data catalog, systems, processes, and the related projects.
• Implement data governance for respective data sets to improve data quality and availability.
• Implement automated measures to increase the quality of data and metadata.
• Produce training materials and traing business users.
• Explain complex topics to business and technical teams.
• Produce training materials and train business users in using the data catalog & data quality tools,
• Actively support and share knowledge across the teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance.
• Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or IT.
• Fluency in English andGerman and excellent presentation skills.
• Expertise inSQL and PowerBI is required.
• Experience with data catalog solutions is a plus.
• Azure, Tableau, SSRS, Python, Alteryx or KNIME expertise is a plus.
• Business oriented, dedicated, strong organisational skills.
• Technical knowledge of data profiling, analysis, data cleansing, de-duplication and data quality measurements.
• Preferably Knowledge of Data Integration (ETL, Data Services) and an understanding of Private Markets.
• Driven persronality, team player and have the ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile.
• Analytical mindsetand a problem solver.
