Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering analytics-ready datasets for AI, dashboards, and decision making.
• Strong business understanding in at least one domain: Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-assisted analytics to support data exploration and decision making.
• Experience using SQL, Python and PySpark for scalable data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance, definitions, lineage, and data quality.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

• Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready datasets supporting reporting and dashboards.
• Translate business concepts into analytical data models, dataset structures, and reusable metrics.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and documentation (definitions, grain, lineage).
• Leverage AI agents to accelerate data exploration and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and performance steering teams to deliver data products.
