Job summary

ABB is seeking a data-driven professional to ensure the completeness and accuracy of production data across SAP, PLM, and shop floor systems. You will act as the central voice for production in digitization efforts, shaping requirements, testing changes, and guiding key users through new tools.

Predominantly on-site with potential hybrid work, the role involves maintaining SAP master data, facilitating windchill and Tulip implementations, and building Power BI dashboards to enable informed

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical training with further studies in business informatics, production, logistics or similar.
• Several years of experience as an SAP Power User, ideally in PP/MM.
• In-depth understanding of BOMs, routings, and change processes.
• Experience in system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of PLM (e.g. Windchill), MES/low-code platforms (e.g. Tulip), SQL or Power BI are a clear advantage.
• Analytical, structured and quality-conscious way of working.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and availability of production data in SAP, PLM (Windchill) and shop floor applications.
• Represent manufacturing requirements in digitization projects and support system landscape development.
• Create, maintain and cleanse SAP master data (material masters, BOMs, routings, work centers).
• Analyze production data and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, SAP, SQL and Excel.
