RM Staffing B.V. is recruiting a Data Center Technician for our Gland, Switzerland site. This on-site, full-time role supports critical infrastructure within world-class data center facilities.

Requirements include 3+ years in data center operations, expert cabling (Cat6/Cat6a, OM3/OM4 fiber), strong troubleshooting, rack and stack experience, power distribution and UPS knowledge, plus excellent documentation. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, CCNA/JNCIA) and DCIM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in data center operations.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs; work in demanding environments.
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) and data center certifications preferred.
• DCIM platforms and ITIL practices desirable.

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position

• Standard business hours with on-call rotation

• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable
