BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is hiring a Data Centre Hands & Feet Technician (L2) for a Full-Time, On-site role in Switzerland.We are looking for a skilled technician to provide physical infrastructure and remote hands support in enterprise data centre environments, working closely with engineering and NOC teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission network and server equipment (routers, switches, servers)
• Perform rack & stack activities based on rack diagrams
• Carry out structured cabling (fiber & copper), patching, and cross-connect work
• Manage patch panels, cable routing, and proper labelling
• Support hardware troubleshooting and replacement activities
• Assist with power connections (A/B feeds) and connectivity checks
• Provide remote hands support to engineering/NOC teams during incidents
• Maintain accurate ticket updates in ServiceNow/Jira

Requirements
